3 kg Potatoes, 2 kg Carrots, 1.5 kg Onions, 700 grams Brussel Sprouts, 1 swede, 1 small red cabbage(or 1/2 a very large one!) 1 savoy cabbage, 1 cauliflower, 2-3 leeks (depending on size), 1 kg of parsnips, 1 head of garlic and a bunch of mixed herbs
